Salisbury Field, less than .25 of a mile off the central line, and 1 mile south of Stapleton on a hard surface road.
$30 per tent for primitive camping; $40 for motorhome site (no services, limited availability); $10 per person for viewing, includes eclipse glasses and one bottle of water.
Camping/parking for viewing MUST be reserved and paid for in advance. We will only accept cash at the event if space is available. Register at the Western Service Center (308) 532-3110 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9am to 5pm or go to www.overlandtrailscouncil.org.
Limited number of participants for better viewing. Porta Potties on site.
Campers/viewers will be responsible for their own tents, RV's, chairs, water, cooking equipment, meals, sunscreen, water buckets, etc. No ground fires allowed. Camp stoves will be allowed in certain areas. There will be some food and drinks available on site to purchase (cash only), but you may bring your own if you wish.
All generators, music and lights will be shut off during the eclipse viewing.
